I loved that the hotel was upscale and fairly clean. The room was airy and brand-new, with with a nice glass of wine and coffee, for example.

The hotel had a stunning location close to Aqua Skyscraper. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the venue. The breakfast was satisfactory and delicious, with lots of meals.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was incredibly beautiful and clean with incredible location next to the riverside. The continental breakfast was free and had a huge variety of meals. I had a really really nice stay in a long time.

It's outstanding hotel, we loved absolutely gorgeous rooms and best possible location. The service is exceptional. Not to mention good wifi! Magnificent Mile district definitely deserves your time and attention. The beach is beautiful and the views are excellent.

Actually everything was 10/10, my next choice again in Chicago. The room was tidy and the staff were warm, it had very good wi-fi. Exceptionally good view, a pleasant balcony, soft bed, too. Friendly location, easy walk to all attractions.

No words to describe how I liked staff and location. Magnificent Mile district won't disappoint you. And I was right on the river. They made my stay relaxing. The main bar was a delightful surprise. Wake up service and ironing were free of charge too.

The food on offer at continental breakfast was tasty. The roof top bar was busy and the drinks were bottled. In addition, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really convenient.

it was a 4-star hotel in every way. river view was worthy. plus, wi fi in the rooms was really handy. it was adjacent to ohio street beach. we found nice lb's bistro & patisserie nearby with hot beverages.
