Hotel Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk

I loved that the hotel was upscale and fairly clean. The room was airy and brand-new, with with a nice glass of wine and coffee, for example.

The room was spotless with amazing views and had central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV.

I loved spending my time in this fairly clean classic hotel.

The hotel had a stunning location close to Aqua Skyscraper. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the venue. The breakfast was satisfactory and delicious, with lots of meals.

The staff were wonderful and informative day and night. It had very central location close to a neo - Gothic skyscraper...

Everything was great, but we stayed for 3 nights only. Plenty of food at continental breakfast. The room was bright with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Nestled in a sophisticated style building, super location. The room was beautiful with a functional bathroom. I visited the pool bar and liked the complimentary drinks. Service was decent as the staff was accommodating. Nice garden outside.

Second to none food and service. Proximity to the airport, just 16 miles. The breakfast included cheese, toast, muesli, boiled eggs and cereals. Pool was covered and there was an amazing restaurant on site😃

It's outstanding hotel, we loved absolutely gorgeous rooms and best possible location. The service is exceptional. Not to mention good wifi! Magnificent Mile district definitely deserves your time and attention. The beach is beautiful and the views are excellent.

Hotel accommodation was picture perfect, I loved extraordinarily friendly staff. Non-smoking and non-smoking room, with a large bed. I came here for 2 nights and had a very relaxing stay.

Actually everything was 10/10, my next choice again in Chicago. The room was tidy and the staff were warm, it had very good wi-fi. Exceptionally good view, a pleasant balcony, soft bed, too. Friendly location, easy walk to all attractions.

No words to describe how I liked staff and location. Magnificent Mile district won't disappoint you. And I was right on the river. They made my stay relaxing. The main bar was a delightful surprise. Wake up service and ironing were free of charge too.

Reasonably priced restaurant, genuinely friendly staff, super buper position. The room was newly remodeled & soundproof, and the bathrooms were pretty clean. The food on offer at continental breakfast was tasty. The roof top bar was busy and the drinks were bottled. In addition, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really convenient.

Booked it for 3 days and had a just perfect experience. Location and service were a plus and I loved it. Secluded bedroom, comfy bed. Someone from concierge staff was always available if needed. There also was convenient parking and good pool...

it was a 4-star hotel in every way. river view was worthy. plus, wi fi in the rooms was really handy. it was adjacent to ohio street beach. we found nice lb's bistro & patisserie nearby with hot beverages.
